Kettlebelling into shape
Thought I'd start a diary over here to log my exercise with kettlebells
I've started tonight only used a 3kg weight as my arms were still achy from Mondays weight lifting but hoping to see lots of improvement.
Going to try and fit the DVD in 3 times a week
So hopefully by summer ill have a bikini body :-)
Hi! How are you doing with kettlebells? I started recently myself and it seems to me that this subject in the forum is getting a little quiet!! I hope you are still exercising!
