I lost a stone a month. Seven and a half months sounds a long time but trust me, it isn't. Depends if you plan on eating plan holiday too as that'll slow things down.
All the best with the diet. Best thing I ever did!

About a stone a month for me throughout my 5 months.

As said, you need to think about your hol plans too ~ are you taking your foodpacks? You don't want to ruin all your hard work after 8 weeks. Good luck! xx
    I WILL make it!!!

    Goal 1 ~ get through 1st week
    Goal 2 ~ Lose 1 stone

I had 10 stone to lose, and lost 3.5 in the first 8 weeks. But I was a high loser! Are you staying abstinent on hols? I did for a 3 week trip, best decision I made.

Nicoli, abstinence means abstinent from food i.e. only having your 4 food packs daily and sticking to the programme whilst your on holiday.
