is there anything i can take for it that wont affect the diet, tried ranitidine
i always get it if i dont eat lol grrrrrrrr

I have peppermint tea that works a bit, but not if its bad. I've had to have a couple of rennies this week and hopefully it hasn't affected weightloss - was going to ask my LLC tomorrow what she suggests, but I'd love some tips too.

Drink plenty of water (ha ha!), don't have your last pack too late and sleep slightly elevated. The heartburn will stop when the weight falls. Promise.
