I shall enjoy feeling my hip bones (for the first time in about 2 years) when I lie down and even when I shift on my matress because of discomfort from my newly revealed ribs I shall rejoice. I love not being fat, fat, fat and I want to be thin, thin, thin. I think I am obsessed. I will check in again sometime tomorrow. Keep the faith and lose the weight (just thought that one up - good eh?!) |

But this week lots of sleeping and feeling better in the morning too. I suppose that first week of detoxing has to manifest someway. But I had a great night's sleep last night xxx
