    Night night



    Night night chaps - I'm off to bed with my girlie magazine and pint of water. I shall enjoy feeling my hip bones (for the first time in about 2 years) when I lie down and even when I shift on my matress because of discomfort from my newly revealed ribs I shall rejoice.

    I love not being fat, fat, fat and I want to be thin, thin, thin. I think I am obsessed.

    I will check in again sometime tomorrow.

    Keep the faith and lose the weight (just thought that one up - good eh?!)

    Lost 4 stone on foundation But put it all back on again!

    Week 1 - 2kg
    Week 2 - 3kg
    Week 3 - 1kg
    Week 4 +2kg -oops!
    Week 5 - 1kg
    Week 6 - 1kg
    Week 7 - 0
    Week 8 + 1kg
    Week 9 - 1kg
    Week 10 - 1kg
    Week 11 - 1kg
    Week 12 - 0kg


    Goals
    1. To get below 100kg
    2. Have less to lose than I have lost -
    3. Get into a size 16 top
    4. Have a normal BP for 2 months
    5. Have a BMI in the 20s
    6. Join an exercise class

    Funny Eileen my fiest week was awful with sleeping and I felt awful when I woke up in the morning too. But this week lots of sleeping and feeling better in the morning too. I suppose that first week of detoxing has to manifest someway. But I had a great night's sleep last night xxx
