    Current BMI: 76.9
    Goal BMI: 34.9


    Statistics:
    Total Weight Loss: 0st7lb
    Weight to Lose: 12st13lb
    % Lost 2.07%

    Mix LL and CD shakes

    Hi All,
    I'm on the CD and my friend was on LL she has now finished and has some shakes left over( just over a weeks worth) she said i can have them but can i have them shakes for a week then go back to the CD shakes?

    I don't want to mess up my chances of weight loss so i've not said yes yet. Thanks








    start on 13/10

    Week 1=
    Week 2=
    Week 3=
    week 4=
    week 5=
    week 6=
    week 7=
    Week 8=
    Week 9=
    week 10=



    Targets
    lose 10% of body weight(when i figure it out)
    Lose 3 stone(42lbs) by 5/10
    Get into Teens on scales
    Lose 5 stone by 7/10

    I am sure someone else will come along and confirm but I believe LL is 4 packs a day and CD is only 3? You will be probably ok if you do not mix it in day ie have both types in one day, but use all one supply up and then use the other?

    LL and CD packs are different (different ingredients, amounts of calories) plus as meythist said you have 4 packs a day on LL and only 3 on CD

    Thanks ladies! i think i'll probably take them but not use them until i'm in my later stages of the CD when most of my weight is off.
