Talking 10 weeks down - hit my 3 stone!!!

    Hi all

WI last night and I hit my 3 stone!!! In 10 weeks! I was NOT expecting it in the slightest so was very chuffed when she said I'd lost nearly 5lbs taking me to just literally my 3 stone!

We talked about my journey from now until the wedding and have agreed I would finish my 4 weeks and then do another 2-3 weeks max of abstinence at which point I'll begin route to management to get me back on food and not losing anymore weight (for dress) before my wedding in 10 weeks time.

whooo hooo - Lighter Life RULES!!!
