initial consultation-what happens

Hi
I've got my initial consultation on Saturday-I was just wondering if anyone can tell me what it entails?
I reckon Ive got 6 or 7 stone to lose and have done Cambridge before but need to get my head sorted around various food issues so thought LL may be a better way to go.

Hi Chantal
Weighed measured and things explained. Make good use of your group and counsellor as they are the keys to success - as well as your mindset as well. Have a look back at some of the threads on here too I've found them really useful. I'm a returner but when I began there were DVDs so you may find that still happens. Bit cheesy in places but I did feel some were useful.
