    LL and Diabetes

I'm considering starting LL. I have type 2 diabetes and could do with losing some weight (and quickly). However, I'm a little worried that LL itself will have a negative impact on my diabetes. I will be discussing this with my doctor and with a LL councillor but I'd love to hear from any of you out there who have diabetes and your experience of the affect of the diet on your health.

There were recent reports of a study that showed that a diet of under 800 calories a day could reverse Type 2 diabetes.
