I certainly did, and still do find the class a huge part of my success.
Let's face it - we all know how to lose weight.
Where we continually fall down is keeping it off. Thats what makes the difference, for me. You learn more about yourself, and food and your reaction to food, etc. Worth every penny if you hav a good LLC .

having done both CD and LL (I switched to CD for a while the first time round because of cost) I can honestly say the counselling sessions are invaluable and part of why I went for LL this time round. I personally find them hugely helpful.
