    I'm doing ok but now cannot sleep after about 4 hours I wake up and thats it!! So even now sitting here at 5:30 twiddling my thumbs lol
    LL is going really well. I had some packs left over so am using then for the next week or so then will go back to my llc. Unfortunately I can only go on my home scales to see how much I've lost which are always different.

    Urgh preeti, that's not good.. Actually it's made me realise I wake up about 4ish quite a lot but am always able to get back to sleep at least ... I'm sure it's the no booze lol!

    Have been really craving any food in sight today, not helped by the fact I have / young sons that I have to prepare all of their meals - even a plain but if pasta looked amazing! Then was looking at the next website at clothes etc and that definately got me refocused, thinking what size I cud be by Christmas.

    Hope it's feeling a but easier today? I certainly found day 3 easier.
    Yes, had my first way in on Monday and lost 8 pounds! Which is double anything I've ever lost on first week of a diet before !

    I did indeed! Had my first meeting last night and it was brilliant!! Met some fantastic ladies and a really friendly LLC!! Really glad to be doing it!!

    On day 1 today and so far so good! Tried a half choc/half vanilla shake for breakfast, had some flavoured water (fruit of the forest), and a coffee and about to try asparagus soup!!

    Haven't felt the need to wobble at all, tho think my headache may be starting prematurely!! Haha!! Not helped by my cold though!!

    Still onwards and downwards!!

    Started 10/9/11 start weight 14.7
    1st weigh in day 4 - lost 4lbs
    2nd weigh in day 11 - lost 4lb, cumulative loss 8lbs
    3rd weigh in day 18 - lost 3lb, cumulative loss 11lbs
    4th weigh in day 25 - lost 2lbs, cumulative loss 13lbs (tom !) Nearly a stone!!!!
    5th weigh in day day 32 - lost 2lbs, cumalative loss 15lbs - yeah a stone !!!! wish it would speed up a bit
    6th weigh in day 39 - lost 3lbs, cumaltive loss 18lbs
    7th weigh in day 46 - lost 2lbs, cumalative loss 20lbs (in 6.5 weeks lost nearly 1.5 stone - well done!!)
    8th weigh in day 53 - lost 5lbs, cumalative loss 25lbs. wow im past 50 days
    9th weigh in day 60 - lost 1lb, cumalative loss 26lbs. TOTM - but hey ho heres to a good loss next week
    10th weigh in day 67 - lost 4lbs, cumalative loss 30lbs!!! yippeee
    11th weigh in day 74 - lost 1lb
    12th weigh in day 81 - lost 4lb - starting RTM

    Strangely I had headaches on day one. Now there are many days I haven't had a chance to eat anything till tea time and not noticed a headache but I think with LL i was aware and anticipating.
    What I did on day 2 was to take paracetamol first thing in the morning. I had no headaches at all. Of course plenty of water too. Water also takes off the taste u get in the mouth with Ketosis.

    Don't let anything get in your way of your LL journey ! Be prepared !
    You are determined to do this ......... so you will.

    I've taken some tablets, and stuck tiger balm on my head, so hopefully it'll disappear soon enough!! Will definitely start my day with paracetamol tomorrow!!!

    other than the headaches, my biggest problem (HUGE) is heartburn!! It's making me feel pretty lousy and can't think of any way to get rid of it!! Eeeek!!!

    My problem is drinking the water - i have never drank much fluid in the course of the day, so am struggling with the 4+litres. If i'm lucky i've had 1 litre, and that's *really* forcing it down and regular intervals!!! Determined to have a good loss though, so will get some more down before bed!!

    Off to try a porridge now!! (hoping it might help ease the acid!!)

    Annoying about the heartburn, I wonder why you're getting that? I really like the porridge, will def get more next week!
    O-t-v, my weigh in is a Monday too, I'm glad it is as I think it gets me through the weekend. Must admit I've found week 2 harder than week 1, which is really typical of me with any diet so i have to just stick at it and know that at least with this diet the results are quick! That said at least I'm not remotely hungry which makes it easier lol!
