    First week on LLT and an amazing 10lb loss.

    I'm really pleased with that, can't wait til next week now lol x









    Pre-holiday weight loss (JUNE)

    WI 1 = -10lbs
    WI 2 = -4lbs
    WI 3 = -1lb
    WI 4 = -5lb
    WI 5 = -3lb
    WI 6 = -3lb
    WI 7 = -4lb (weighed early on sat instead of mon)
    WI 8 = -0 (sts) after last sat's night out :0(
    WI 9 = -2lb
    WI 10= -4lb
    WI 11-14= -6lb

    29lbs in 4 weeks!!!! that is truely remarkable, and 7.5lb is a great loss too.

    This is what keeps me 100%, because i KNOW it works. I WILL be slim for my holiday in June.
