    Total Weight Loss: 3st3.5lb
    Weight to Lose: 0st6lb

    Yesterday, I was wearing...

    size 12 red skinny jeans!! believe me - I am a pear shape with chunky thighs so this is a major achievement! I even felt like they looked pretty good.

    Today I will be wearing....size 10 dress!!

    Today I will also get to my goal and start maintenance.

    Would like to be 10st, but hey life goes on. Main aim is to remain at a BMI of under 25 which I have done for almost a year now!

    week 1 -11 32lb loss Lighter Life Total, glad I did LLT as gave me a kick start but couldn't maintain it

    week12 moving to Low GL Healthy Eating and slimpod, altered goal weight up and decided to take as long as it needs
