Currently in LLT - Thinking about RTM?
Hi guys, I know the RTM part of the website is not very active. But just wanted some sort of information. I plan on finishing LLT on 19th May to transfer to RTM..
Just want to know what the 8 weeks consists of?
For example how many meals each week ect?
Start Weight: 17st 13lb
Week 1: 15lb - 16st 12lb
Week 2: 6lb - 16st 6lb
Week 3: 3lb - 16st 3lb
Week 4: 5lb - 15st 12lb
Week 5: 6lb - 15st 6lb
Week 6: 4lb - 15st 2lb
Week 7: 4lb - 14st 12lb
Week 8: 4lb - 14st 8lb
Week 9: 4lb - 14st 4lb
Week 10: 4lb - 14st - Total of 55lb in a total of 10 weeks in LLT.
Week 1 RTM: 5lb - 13st 9lb - Lost 5 Pounds in RTM
Take a look at my maintenance diary. I have listed the types of foods I am having each week. I am about to start week four. Although it isn't a set number of weeks anymore. They call it "stages" and you can go at any pace you like. You can even miss certain stages f you want to. I have continued to lose weihgt so far, but i can tell it is slowing down. I am also much hungrier now than I was even a week ago.
YOu start off still having 4 packs a day with one meal, then 3 packs and one larger meal for two stages. I am about to move on to 2 packs and two meals - I believe. But you don't get te info until you start each stage. Other wise you might move ahead too fast. it is a good idea to really take your time.

Would like to be 10st, but hey life goes on. Main aim is to remain at a BMI of under 25 which I have done for almost a year now!
