Just had the chilli, interesting, closed you eyes when you eat it, mmmm !
But the taste is HOT, and texture is unlike any chilli I have ever had.
At the end of the day, its a meal with 500-600 calories.
I am out tonight to a concert along with a picnic with friends, I will have summer Berries shake, followed by a bar, cut up.
ps I actually want to lick the bowl out! But better not.

bradgirl, I had the vegetable soup for lunch and it was nice! yay! Finally a soup I like! I am still struggling today wanting proper food though. Had to call my LL counsellor for a peptalk! She is great and got me on track. Asked meto come in this evening during a drop in time but I forgot I had someone dropping by to collect an ebay item I sold. Will try and pop in tomorrow for a packet swap. I actualy feel as if I have lost weight in just two days. My tummy is slightly flatter!I am still super edgy and grumpy at the moment though. My poor toddler twins probably think mama has lost the plot today with all of my shouting and lack of patience.

I enjoyed my new style picnic, I had summer berries shake, and toffee bar later on the in evening during the concert, went to Caro Emerald. Looking back, I should have poured the shake into a glass, as I didn't like drinking it out of the container, and it would have felt more special.
I found it hard at the picnic, as the crisps and dips came out for hubby and friends, but I also felt positive, and a commitment to Lighter Life. And at one time I found myself holding someone else's wine! As we had decided not to take a table, which would have been sensible, but no one wanted to carry it! So it was a bit like "Hold this whilst I pour" But I managed it, and drunk the water followed by black coffee.
I don't think I am in ketosis as yet, as don't feel hungry, but then again, maybe I shouldn't feel hungry.
I did go to the gym to day, and playing golf 18 holes tomorrow, hope the rain stay off. It didn't tonight and at one time I was wet and cold! But not hungry.
So Day 2 is over.

OH NO, I have just realised that I have had 5 packets, breakfast - porridge, lunch - soup, dinner - chilli, snack shake, and then I had a bar = 5 packets.
No wonder I am not in the ketosis area yet, I would have had an extra 500-600 calories.
Silly me.! And there was me thinking I was all ok. I am cross with myself, I just hadn't realised. Blast!
Maybe I can burn the calories off playing golf tomorrow........ in the whole skim of things its only 500-600 calories extra, compared with what I was having last week.
I will just have to be more careful and count 1-4 only!![]()

Day 3,
Have put yesterdays is mis count behind me,
But should I now only have 3 packets or stick to 4?
Please can someone advise?
I am starting the day is porridge cooked in a saucepan it tastes better than cooked in the microwave.
Lunch will be a soup - mushroom
and will try the Shepherds Pie (I am convinced that there defiantly isn't any Pie in that packet!) meal tonight.

My first meeting went well and I have just had my first pack for breakfast - a vanilla shake made with coffee to make a latte. It was a bit lumpy but I'll get it right eventually!
The meeting was good too - we have a good group I think. They're very supportive and give great advice! I'm dreading the next 3 days until I get into ketosis and get over any carb withdrawal I might have but its going to be worth it!

I have been wearing my step recorder, have just down 18,867 steps (playing golf) and earnt 999.9 calories.
I don't think I have a problem with my extra packet I had yesterday somehow!
I had a nut fudge bar out there for and sunrise orange drink, and black coffee, not hungry. Amazing really.
Also I mange to wear a pair of trousers that I haven't worn for 5 years, so something has happened!
Said no to an indian meal, will eat the shepherds pie, and take a hot bath to rest the legs.
Off for a pop in for the early weigh in tomorrow.

bradgirl, congrats on your 4 lbs off! I am on day 4 and went to weigh in today and have lost 3 lbs (early weigh in...my official weigh in days are Tues nights) and that was right after lunch!![]()
