    Anyone remember me??

    Hi all, some of you may remember me from a while back. I did lighter life total from last December and reached goal in March. I have been at my goal weight ever since - within 3-4 pounds. I am now looking forward to Christmas and have decided to lose a few more pounds to see me through the Christmas festivities. I am back attending LL meetings as a maintenance member and have been having a few Slim and Save packs (they are cheaper...) to help me get a few pounds off. I am looking to lose about 7-10 pounds.

    Hopefully you can all welcome me back!! I am looking forward to reading about how you are all getting on and seeing the newbies too!

    42 pounds lost to reach target of 10stone 7lbs on 27 March 2012

    Maintenance
    weeks 1-8: lost a further 4 pounds

    Would like to be 10st, but hey life goes on. Main aim is to remain at a BMI of under 25 which I have done for almost a year now!

    Hello, that is fantastic to have lost the weight and keep it off, I will hopefully be able to say the same one day. I wish you all the best with your weight loss over the coming weeks.
    GOAL 1 - to no longer be in the obese category DONE 3/11/12
    GOAL 2 - to be in the 13 stone something category DONE 10/11/12
    GOAL 3 - to be in the 12 stone something category by Christmas DONE 8/12/12
    GOAL 4 - to have a 2.7 stone loss by Christmas DONE 15/12/12

The least I have weighed as an adult is 11st3lbs and at the time I thought I was huge but when I see those clothes/photos now I realise I wasn't...but 11st something sounds so much worse than 10st something to me.DONE 16/02/12

    I have followed your journey and diary and am very pleased to hear of someone doing so well. Good luck with the last bit. I am sure you will be successful. I am refocusing now for my last (possibly) 20lb so will be checking in regularly for support. We can do it!
