Hello, im going to my first lighter life meeting tomorrow and was wondering if anyone had any idea when I would actually be starting the plan. I thought i would be starting on the thursday but after reeding some of the posts on here I dont think this will be the case.
Also, if anyone one out there fancies buddying up please get intouch :)
Hi - it depends on what plan you do . I think if you do total you can self certify - so you do not need a doctors certificate .. But I think you get your packs at your 1st group session.. Speak to your LLC she may sell you some packs before hand

Hope you enjoyed the class! I'm on day 2. I self certified as didn't want to wait for dr appointment. Similar to old plan but packs have slightly more calaries,also less packs to choose from.
