    Anybody else having a hard day?

    Really struggling today. I'm a restarter on day 11. I've been fine up until today. Now feel miserable with a long weekend ahead. Had a couple of things planned but both cancelled because of the snow
    Husband and daughter have been discussing wheather we have enough food in and I sooo want to eat!! I remember from last time that you have ups and downs... Just need to keep going!!

    I felt exactly the same yesterday and it was the fact that the weekend was here and I just wanted to eat. I'm just gonna try and distract myself as much as possible. Crafts, games, cleaning, washing, pets etc....

    Feel much better today. I keep thinking its Sunday and I will be back to work tomorrow. Roads look ok today so hopefully can get out of our village! Does help that I've just booked a holiday to the red sea in April. Three months to lose 3 stone!
