    caramel shake

    I have just been to borders and smelt the starbucks upstairs mmmmm
    So i have come home and made a caramel shake with warm water and coffee and whisked it in the blender. Oh my god it is gorgeous , just like starbucks (well after 4 days on LL it does)

    Isnt it funny I cant stand the caramel shakes, mind you have I one left so I might try it with coffee and see if I enjoy it better. Thanks for the tip,

    Make sure you make it warm and blend it and also put a sweetner in, its just cheered me up. (how sad)

    I make mine up to the 500ml on the LL shaker then put it in the blender/smoothie maker
