    Let's celebrate

    all our successes however small or big. Virtual champers and no calorie food for all.

    I saw an old work colleague yesterday and she was very complimentary - and said my skin especially looked glowing. I was

    I went to the opticians today - my eyes are healthy and I need a less strong prescription.

    AND

    I got into my skinny Levis today - Yipeeeeeeeee


    Strength to carry on to goal to everyone - and don't forget to congratulate yourself about where you came from and what you have already achieved!

    First target - stay on track for a whole day. - Achieved
    2nd target - lose some weight this week. - Achieved - lost 1lb
    3rd target - Stay on track (accept for Sunday) til Christmas.

    My thing to celebrate today was going into my H's workplace and seeing all his colleagues who i have known for 5 years now (several came to our wedding) and not being recognised until i went and gave my H a big hug. Everyone was really complimentary about how much weight i had lost.
    I actually went in to give one of his colleagues a bottle of champagne as it was he who suggested doing LL and 'sold' the idea to my H who then convinced me to give it a go.
