    Well after trying many diets and failed, am about to start LighterLife for the first time, and hopefully with the help from the sessions I'll get a grip on why I eat

    4 February 2014 = 13st 4lbs
    13 February 2014 = 12st 9lbs
    4 March 2014 = 12st 4lbs

    good luck although luck has nothing to do with it , you follow it ,it works... simple as , it really simplifies everything and the weight loss is super speedy so keeps you really motivated . just stick with it through the first few days and then it gets much easier :0)

    weeks 1-8 = 36.6 lb. lost

    Round 2 ; 8 week boot camp

    week 1 10/3 -0.6lb
    week 2 17/3 -2.6 lb.
    week 3 24/3 -2 lb
    week 4 31/3 -2lb
    week 5 07/4 STS weekend of low carbing after slip on Friday
    week 6 14/4 -2.8lb
    week 7 21/4
    week 8 28/4

    So that's the plan of action , will see where I go from here :0)

    This year time will pass anyway so I might as well make it useful xx
