    Question Cambridge or Lighter Life

I'm completely new to this forum so not sure I've posted this in the right section but I can't decide between Lighter Life and Cambridge. I know this question has been posted before but what no one seems to point out is that you get 4 packs daily on LL and only 3 on Cambridge. I can't help thinking this will make it easier from a psychological point of view.

I have done both, you can have 4 packs if you do SS+ on Cambridge so don't worry about that. The biggest differences I find are that with LL you have the weekly meeting, and I also prefer their savoury food choices. Cambridge works out cheaper so if money is a consideration that might be the way to go, but if you want more support in a group LL is the better option.

It pretty much depends on what you priorities are, both diets are very similar and it depends what you are looking for.
