    You have been so good, I am really impressed that you have bounced back more strong willed about this diet than ever. So I am sure this funny craving for something you don't know will pass.

    Seems its just you and me round here today and MrsP. Or maybe we are the only ones not doing any work

    Think it could be the old chatterbox wanting to self sabotage having got into a size 16 pair of jeans...it does happen.

    It is like right you have got into a size 16 pair of jeans!

    Now lets eat

    Best go and play with Virtual Model My Virtual Model

    and dress her up in all the clothes you like, this can take your mind off food.

    Also, I like to adjust my weight down to my next goal as I find it very motivating.

    My on off craving is cheese and pickle sandwich on granary bread and it comes and goes regularly.

    I'm not going to eat it until I've finished on LL and I bet the reality won't match up to the mental image but I will chew every mouthful really slowly.
    Week 1 - 6.4 lost
    Week 2 - 4.2 lost
    Week 3 - 6.2 lost
    Week 4 - 4.2 lost
    Week 5 - 4.6 lost
    Week 6 - 2.8 lost
    Week 7 - 8 lost

    Half way loss - 2 stone 8.4lb

    Week 8 - 5 lost
    Week 9 - 3.2 lost
    Week 10 - 4 lost
    Week 11 - 2.2 lost
    Week 12 - 5.4 lost

    Entered RTM early due to ill health
    Week 1 - 3.8 lost

    Litha challenge





    I've also lost 23cm off my chest, 27cm off my waist and 20 cm off my hips.
