Feeling so much better today! Took your advice Tange aspirin and a hot bath worked wonders, Thanks. Did the same last night. Keep reminding myself that everyone says the first 3 days are the worst then it gets better.
Still feel very hungry and missing chewing but I keep looking out at my horse and he spurs me on!!
Hope everyone is having a good week xxxxx

I started LL on Tuesday this week, feeling fine up until today, but thisafternoon feeling really woosey and light headed.

How long is this likely to last? Any tips on how to get over it quicker?

Great forum, really spurring me on!

OMG!!!!!! Went to a midweek weigh-in to get some motivation and I've lost 10lbs in 5 days!!.... been dancing about my garden since I came home!!
I'm so happy and never thought it was possible.

Hi Munch

I started on Tuesday also - I've done it all before so I know what you're experiencing. I'd say you'll feel like this for the first week really- as your body adjusts to the VLCD - but it does get better and you feel more energetic as time goes on. What i did experience last time I did LL though was the need for an energy boost at times - i was training to do the Moonwalk Marathon at the same time and in retrospect, I put too much pressure on myself - so it might be an idea to do gentle rather than vigorous exercise at the start!

Anyway, good luck and keep posting how you're doing. I have a dinner invite/event involving Italian food and wine tomorrow which i have to go to, so this is my first BIG hurdle - trying to think of as many excuses not to eat as possible at the moment!

ANY TIPS ANYONE?

Hello everybody, hope you are all well.

Well i am on day 3 of week 3 and at last i have had a spurt of energy. last week i was sooooo tired, all i wanted was my bed once i got home from work.

i have also started kickboxing again after a month break. last night was very hard but thats it i am back on a roll.

hopefully doing two hours kickboxing and an hours spinning this week will show on the scales next week.

next monday my measurements will be taken again. i am sure it will be postive can already feel the weight coming of my waist.
