Is there a DVD every week? We had a dvd in week one, but not week 2? My LLC said the meetings will be 1.5 hours and strictly to time. And they are! She starts weighing at dot of 6 and the meeting is stopped at 7.30pm. In fact she has another group starting at 7.30 so we can't even ask questions after.

Hi im new here. im starting Lighter Life on 11th June.

I work night shifts about 3 times a week and im confused about how to work out my eating plan of only 4 packs a day, how do i work thins when i go on to nights??
