    Sharon's weight loss goals

    Sharon's A - Z of Goals
    Blue = Achieved, Red = still to go

    Start weight on 6 November 2008 ............. (23 stone 7 lbs) = 329 lbs ...... BMI 53.1

    a) 14 lbs = (-1 stone)
    b) 21 lbs = (-1.5 stone) - achieved in Week 1 ................................... BMI 49.5
    c) 28 lbs =(-2 stone) ---- achieved in Week 2

    d) 33 lbs = 10% of my starting weight ......... (21 stone 2 lbs) = 296 lbs
    e) 50 lbs = (-3.8 stone) ......................... (19 stone 13 lbs) = 279 lbs .... BMI 45.0
    f) 66 lbs = 20% of my starting weight ......... (18 stone 11 lbs) = 263 lbs
    g) 70 lbs = (-5 stone) ........................... (18 stone 7 lbs) = 259 lbs
    h) 80 lbs = 249 lbs ............................... (17 stone 11 lbs) = 249 lbs .... BMI 40.2
    i) 90 lbs = 239 lbs ................................ (17 stone 1 lb) = 239 lbs**

    Apologies (or thanks) to Andy for the inspiration, but I also would like to keep a thread of my own goals + progress towards those goals.

    I've based my ultimate Goal Weight on BMI rather than any "round" number -- like 10 stone exactly .... I just looked at my starting BMI of 53.1 and then worked out what my weight would be at a BMI of 23.1.

    Started LL Feb 2008 21.5 stone
    Reached goal Dec 2008 10 stone
    Maintained for 2 Years and 8 months now

    Quick update -- I actually achieved the 4th goal (d) -- 10% of body weight at my last weigh in. Have not done well this week (keep lapsing) and not expecting any loss this week so am posting this to keep me INSPIRED + on track + keep reminding myself that this programme WORKS when I do it properly + how much I've achieved already + how the rest of the goals will ALSO be achievable if I just bloomin' stick to the LL plan (!!!!).
