Hi all
Am reading lots of threads on things like chocolate bars - and crisps - can anyone tell me how you make these. I am only on day 5 and the soups and shakes are doing my head in![]()
Am feeling like I need to know everything now - I feel like more knowledge will give me the power to stick with it![]()
Also am only managing three packs a day - do you think this is detrimental to the diet. Really want to see results.
Also have done a ticker thingy and don't know how to get it into my siggy !!
I Need HELP![]()
