As this topic comes up so frequently I thought this might be of use. I have not read it yet myself as busy getting ready for work but thought it might contain some good info.

Interesting, but specifically gym session related. Not my cup of tea. Some of the points could translate to other activities though so I will bear them in mind.

    Thanks

Why couldnt god just create us without the abiity to get fat.

Exercise can also panic the body into thinking its starving, especially on LL so that is a big hamper for us.

I found that the more I exercised the more I lost. Fair enough the first week I started I lost 1lb but both weeks after 6lbs and after that consistently lost 2 - 4lbs a week.
