well that seems ok then lol, just had some veg (cauliflower, cabbage and turnip n carrot) and a small chicken fillet. Hope not to put too much on on Thur, but im accepting of the fact that i prob will do.
I think its important that was focuss on some of the other numbers, rather than just what we weigh and how much we lose, its important to look at bmi, measurements, weight loss as a percentage etc etc, just other ways to make us realise how far we've come x
