I don't have anymore savoury flavour packs and I really could do with one now.I seem to remember a while back somebody said that we are still allowed Swiss Marigold stock. Am I right or was it just wishful thinking? I'd hate to get to this stage and get shunted out of ketosis!!! |

Rep Power: 8 Diet: Lighter Life | Yep - I use it - I usually have one a day (a rounded teaspoon in a large mug) and it doesn't knock me out of ketosis. Much cheaper than LL savoury drinks!!!
