Can I have Swiss Marigold stock?

Help! I don't have anymore savoury flavour packs and I really could do with one now.
I seem to remember a while back somebody said that we are still allowed Swiss Marigold stock.
Am I right or was it just wishful thinking?
I'd hate to get to this stage and get shunted out of ketosis!!!

Yep - I use it - I usually have one a day (a rounded teaspoon in a large mug) and it doesn't knock me out of ketosis. Much cheaper than LL savoury drinks!!!

Do you have the normal one (green tub) or reduced salt one (purple tub)? I don't suppose it makes any difference anyway. I'm off yum yum!

Hi. I drink the stuff throughout the day. I even add it to my soups to change the flavour.

Doesn't knock me out of ketosis at all.

I use the green (normal one). with a dash of tabasco and coarse ground black pepper. Tasty and hot!

ooo its great , i dicovered the ingredients were the same but a fraction of the price , i love it and no ill effects to the diet !!!!go marigold !!!

Yes, any supermarket. It is in a tub and stocked with the gravy granules and stock cubes etc. About £1.89 from memory.

Got mine from Asda!

Its not OFICIALLY allowed, but lots of us (me included obviously) use it.

The low salt is probably better if you can get it, but I've never seen it.
