Feel like a failure :(
Hi all,
I am new to this forum.. I started LLT on 31/10/2012. Weighing 13st6lb. I am on week 4 (week 5 tomorrow) and have lost 1st8lb.
I know its all mind set however, I really am struggling with it now and have spoken to my LLC to see if I am able to move on to LLL, she said its fine and that i should if i'm feeling this way however i feel like a bit of a failure as i promised myself i would stay on LLT until 15th Dec.
Yesterday I only had 1 shake all day and today I've had 1 shake and 1 bar and have struggled to swallow them..
Is there anyone with success stories who have moved on this soon, and can give me a bit of a kick? I feel like i am lapsing!
