    Why are we returning?

    I was just wandering what everyone thinks their reason for returning to LL is?

    I thought I could keep the weight off without completing RTM then immediately went back to eating as normal! I am back because I know it works and want to make it work this time.

    You do need to do RTM then hun,so you will know what your trigger foods are,to help you to maintain!!!
    It's the most crucial part of the plan. Then after doing so cut down on your sugar and carbs by changing your lifestyle totally for life!
    It goes without saying if you go back to your old eating habits,you will put the weight back on.

    Me too - except I was assisted by a guy who didnt want me to loose too much weight in case I didn't like him anymore.. twisted or what!... needless to say we are an item no more ..

    I did do RTM last time but I obviously hadn't got enough of a change in my thinking.
    Well I'm back now as I know it works and really hoping I can stick with it this time and then learn a bit more so can keep weight off.
    My LLC says ongoing learning process so lets hope thats the case for us all this time.

    week 1 -11 32lb loss Lighter Life Total, glad I did LLT as gave me a kick start but couldn't maintain it

    week12 moving to Low GL Healthy Eating and slimpod, altered goal weight up and decided to take as long as it needs

    Goals- smiley face after goals achieved (don't know how to add a tick)

    months- 1 2
    Get into- old jeans size 20 18 16, clothes size 14, size 12
    Get into- barbour jacket ,
