Red face Here we go again ....

    Hi everyone,
I can't beleive I've found myself back to square one again ... in fact not even square one - square one plus another stone
It is almost 12 months since I was last on this site - in that time I've managed to gain everything I lost on LL plus a bit more. You'd think i woull know better; this will be my 4th "here we go again" on LL.
I am so unhappy with my weight - I love clothes & am down to about 3 or 4 things in my vast wardrobe that fit me now (not counting the baggy trackies which i permanently live in when i am at home). I don't think i could feel any worse.

Its time to get back in control of my weight... feeling sad & hating how i look isn't stopping me from stuffing my face at every opportunity
So, I've done it, bitten the bullet, come back to LL & Minimins with my tail between my legs. I'll be starting in group next Tuesday

I hope you guys will help me through.

What's new with LLT - anything?

    Thanks
    yoyo
    xx

Good luck Debnott with starting LL on Thursday.

Most people are a little apprehensive about starting a new diet, just take it a day at a time and if you have any questions be sure to ask

Hi, This is my third time and am now 3 stone down so it is worth it. At least you came back and that is what is important now so be nice to yourself as it makes it so much easier. Our first weeks homework was to forgive ourselves and for me it helped to challenge my energy into something positive. Good luck. xx

@Debnott, don't be scared - it will be the best thing you ever do - good luck for tomorrow. keep me posted

@mini, thanks for your support - i need to work on my "positive mental attitude" before i start in group next week.

@Meks, 3 stone down! - what a fantastic achievement Once you get into a bit of a downward spiral its hard to get out of it - i tend to have a dig at myself before anyone else can But i will make sure when next tuesdays comes i am all geared up for a positive first week.

I'm going to trawl through all the success stories on here to get inspired.

    Take care

    Same problem...

So, How are you getting on?

This has also happened to me. Are you managing to stick to it? When and how often do you use your food packs - do you find it easier to use them all at one time or throughout the day?

What do you all do to stop yourselves lapsing?

    Lewis
