    Here we go again!

    This time last year I'd lost 6.5 stone on LL and was feeling fantastic. Now look at me I've put nearly 4 stone back on. So my plan was to restart on the plan tomorrow but I woke up this morning and made the decision to start now!!!

    I'm off for a weekend in Edinburgh with the girls on the 12th Jan so how much weight can I lose in 10 days? At least 1/2 stone, hopefully.

    When back from Edinburgh in then on countdown to a holiday visiting family in the States on the 8th Feb. my hope is that I'll be 1 1/2 stone lighter by then. That's the first aim, the next one is to lose all that 4 stone before my birthday in April.

    So I've just had my 1st soup of the day and I'm feeling positive that I can do it, I just need to keep that momentum going.

    Hello & welcome back! Sounds like you've got your head in the right place...

    I was intending to start yesterday but got to 6.40pm & caved in when my other half got a take away grrr

    I'm back on it today too & feeling confident!
