Hello Again, LL
Well, two and half years later and I've finally decided to lose that extra bit that I never got around to the first time around. I'm pleased to say that I have not actually gained weight since finishing LLT and have maintained my 9.5 stone weight loss - now it's time to kick the last 2 stone or so that I always wanted to drop.
For some reason I'm feeling like it will be harder this time around... anyone got some thoughts to share on that?
Looking forward to it though - apart from anything else, my brain could use a break from constantly having to think about calorie content!
