Changes to LL
My new counsellor (moved away from where I used to go) mentioned today that you can now have two bars a day, and you're allowed to have them on your first three days too unlike previously. She said they'd changed the recipe so they now have similar content to the other packs.
Looking at the nutritional info though, it seems the bars are still higher calorie and higher carb than other things. Has anyone else heard about this? I obviously don't want to mess this up before I even get going...
