Rep Power: 0  | Lighter Life returner and slimming pills I am going to go back to Lighter Life in September however I remember when I did it the first time I was quite hungry. Has anyone done the programme and taken at the same time a slimming pill just to curb the appetite ? |

My Mood:  Rep Power: 4 Diet: Lighterlife | Sounds wrong to me. And LL would not approve. If you are feeling hungry then try drinking the water, it works for me also, I tend to split the packs so I can have more meals each day.
