    Hungry grrr

    Feeling proper hungry tonight nearly hit 4 weeks (will be on sunday) which is longer than iv ever done without eating. ate twice last time every 2 week for planned reasons etc, however this time not strayed in the slightest

    probably because im nearly at refeed, well 11 nearly 10 days off but still its doing my head in lol

    also lack of energy tonight bad style

    still its all worthwhile

    Just wanted to get it off my chest
    TFR first time round...

    Week 1 - 14.5lb
    Week 2 - 4.5lb
    Week 3 - 9lb
    Week 4 - 4.5lb
    Week 5 - 8lb
    Week 6 - 6lb
    Refeed Week 1 - 4lb
    Refeed Week 2 = Stayed the same

    Total weight loss in 6 weeks of TFR First time round = 46.5lb


    TFR second time round...

    Week 1 - 9lb
    Week 2 - 7.5lb
    Week 3 - 7.5lb
    Week 4 - 6lb
    Refeed Week 1 + 1lb

    Total weight loss in 4 weeks of TFR second time round = 30lb

    I am the same as you Adam really struggled tonight really hungry and tired.

    I know you will, but keep going your nearly at refeed its not long now and like you have said it is worth it and you have done so well.



    Lost 3 stone 1 on Lipotrim and managed to keep weight off.

    Started for the 2nd time to shift the remainder.

    Week 1 : 9lb loss
    Week 2 : 4lb loss
    Week 3 : 3lb loss

    Refeed
    Week 1 : 1lb gain
    From 21/07/09 maintainance
    Still maintaining

    AWWW sorry to hear that Adam. I hate days like that!

    Dont let it fester though, or you will undo all that great weight loss in the past few weeks which has been amazing.

    It will help just coming on here hopefully! Hang in there, like I say 10 days, or almost 9 now....nearly, nearly there!!!!!
