Sure has and sure is because of the diet!!

When i first started LT i hadnt had a totm for over 3 years then i got one that lasted from around week 2 right through to week 22 when i was on refeed!

Its your bodys way of adjusting and coping with such an extremity. I even went to the doc and he said that its down to the diet and it will sort itself out - which now, thankfully it has xxx

Accomplishment comes to those who say "I can make it happen".

Started LT TFR weighing 19st 6.5lbs
    Weeks 1-22 ~ 6st 10.5lbs gone
    Finishing Weight ~ 12st 10lbs
    Restarted TFR weighing 13st 13lbs
    (+1st 3lbs over summer)
    Weeks 1-9 ~ 2st 7lbs gone
    Finishing Weight ~ 11st 6lbs
    Total Loss on TFR = 8st 0.5lbs!!!

I've not had a period for as long as I can remember apart from one in a blue moon because of my weight. Now that I am shrinking I am dreading them coming back regularly and think that I will be up the Dr's soon as for the pill so that I can regulate them or stop them again altogether.
Original TFR Journey (July 2009 - Dec 2009) - I lost 78 lbs but due to massive stresses both work and personal since early in 2010 have struggled to start again but now am Giving it another go - because I have to!!!!
