    Hi Katie
I'm on CD so can't really comment on the LT flavours (although I believe they're far more limited than CD). There's bound to be a Lipotrimmer along in a little while to help you out. In the meantime, good luck with your new weight loss journey - keep us posted

    Smile Hope This Helps

Hi Katie hopefully I can help answer your question. This is my 2nd try at Lipotrim but for me it really is worth it. When I first tried the shakes to be honest I thought yuck but that was probably because I had not tried anything like this before now I almost find them pleasant especially chocolate. The shakes are available in chocolate , strawberry or vanilla there is also a soup & coconut or peanut flapjacks. The shakes can be made in to a mouse but for me I prefer the shakes & have them cold although hot is an option.
I have only just started Lipotrim again too so if you would like a Lipotrim buddy perhaps we could stay in touch.
All the best for your appointment

Hi Katie, welcome to the forum. Hope you get on ok tomorrow....! Let us know how it goes. Lipotrim is more limited in flavours than cd but I quite like not having too much to choose from.
Once you get used to the drinks you will get to love them. I also make mine up with extra water than there recommendation though you may want to experiment to find how you prefer it. I have to use chilled water though so store it in the fridge and keep refilling it.

Very best of luck and keep us posted.

Hey good luck, so pleased your dr was helpful. Is it from your own Gp or a different one...?
I went to mine and he didnt really know too much about it and said he would prescribe my xenical which I have already tried but after a week they didnt seem to work.
