    hi all just wanted to know if i can have twinnings pure green tea also pure peppermint tea??? and black coffee is ok isnt it ??

    Original TFR Journey (July 2009 - Dec 2009) - I lost 78 lbs but due to massive stresses both work and personal since early in 2010 have struggled to start again but now am Giving it another go - because I have to!!!!

    hey yep you can have those teas as long as in the ingredients its just the leaves.. and yep black coffee no probs.... and you can have sweetners,, the tablet kind..x
