I lost 4lbs, which I am well chuffed about!

week 1-4 lost 1st 7lbs 17 1/2 inches
week 5-8 lost 10lbs 6 1/2 inches altogether 2st + 24 inches
week 9-12 lost 1st 5lbs 3 1/2 inches altogether 3st 2lbs+27 1/2 inches.
week 13-16 lost 1st. altogether 4st 2lbs +27 1/2 inches.
week 17-20 lost 5lb.altogether 4st 7bs.+4 1/2 inches altog 32 inches
week 21 lost 4lbs.altogether 4st 11lbs.+32 inches altogether.
week 22 sts.
week 21 started calorie counting 7/1/2013
starting again on 13/3/2013 268lbs

Well done on the weight loss, when/if week 3 gets tough, get on here it's the only thing that stopped me giving in.
Nothing tastes as good as being slim feels!

Original TFR Journey (July 2009 - Dec 2009) - I lost 78 lbs but due to massive stresses both work and personal since early in 2010 have struggled to start again but now am Giving it another go - because I have to!!!!
