    new day new me !!!

hi i am starting lipotrim i guess this is the first time i have ever decided to use a forum like this, but i am hoping i will get the support i need and inturn support others,
I am 31 years old and a mother , my biggest fear is that i will not see my children grow up that i wont be a round wen my daughters get married all because i cant control what i have to eat.
I have tried many diets like i suspect a lot of you have xenical, sliming world cabbage reductil, weight watchters, , see my problem is i am a comfort eatter any thing goes wrong i eat,,, my thinking for trying this again is that if i cant eat hopfully this will stop me comfort eatting ,
I have a long way to go i am currently 149.9 kilos and need to be roughly 70 so a long way to go , which i think doesnt help ,
so this morning i wake up feeling like i may be able to do it, i feeling geared up and i decide that i try the choc hot with coffee i only wretched twice so that aint bad lol i am sure i get used to it, i am thinking drinking the 6 litres i was told to drink yesterday may be impossible especailly with my job, ,does it have to be dead on 6 litres other wise at this rate i be swimming around,, well i guess i cant keep going on and on i bore you all to death , but i just wanna say thanks for taking the time to read this and i hope your doing well on what eva diet it is that you choose,, wish me luck guys xxx

Good luck with your lipotrim journey. At least you know what to expect. Have you tried adding more water in the shakes - I find them much more palatable that way.

6ltrs of water? Isn't that too much. I thought it was minimum of 2ltrs up to maximum of about 4.5ltrs. Too much water really isn't good for you.

    Weigh-ins
    Week 1 -9lbs
    Week 2 -9lbs - eeek!
    Week 3 -4lbs
Week 4 -5lbs - one bloomin' lb off 2 stone!
    Week 5 -6lbs
    Week 6 +1lbs - really disheartening as I didn't cheat
    Week 7 -11lbs - that's more like it!!
    Week 8 -5lbs
    Week 9 -3lbs
    Week 10 -5lbs
    Week 11 -3lbs
    Week 12 -6lbs
    Week 13 -3lbs

    Talking water intake

i thought that wen the nurse said it yesterday, cos i been reading this forums for a while and i noticed most ppl said they did 3 wen i said that to her she said no its 6 litres everyday, maybe i do the 3 and see what happens i cud nt bear to be dying for the loo wen helpin someone out of bed i think i read somewhere you have a tendency to hold on to water if you have to much bad enough holding on to fat as well as water .

    Welcome Annemarie!
I too believe 6 litres is excessive. If you watch the lipotrim informational video on their website, I'm sure it says maximum of 4lts of water a day - much more and you could be in danger of diluting some of the nutrients from the shakes/soup/bars.
Like you, I have a long/hard road ahead to shed the weight, but if it's any comfort, I'm in my 7th week and the weight is falling off. The first couple of weeks are difficult....old habits die hard etc, weekends especially were a nightmare, but now, I hardly give food a 2nd thought!
This forum and the people in here are amazing, it's been my saviour over the past few weeks - glad you've joined us, and I look forward to hearing how you get on!

Annemarie, welcome to the forum. You have done the hardest part of this diet and that is taking the decision to DO IT!!!!!!! Good for you! O.k. the diet itself is no walk in the park but after a few weeks you will get into the routine of it. You MUST stick to it, do not waiver.
6ltrs is too much water. 3ltrs will will be fine. In the first couple of weeks you will need to wee a lot more but your bladder gets used to the quantity of liquids and the toilet breaks get less and less. Try and have the best part of a litre before you leave the house in the morning. If you keep a few litre bottles dotted around the house and in the car you will quickly get into the habit of sipping all the time.
I too have had a lot of weight to lose but it quickly starts to melt off and the weeks just slip by. Before you know it, you will be down 3 or 4 stone and will feel the difference in your energy levels, clothes etc.
Make sure to take a fibre supplement every day. If you don't, you may find yourself getting constipated and it ain't pleasant.
Hop on here any time for support or info. You can and will do this and everyone here will be rooting for you all the way.

    Welcome Annemarie
Don't be daunted by it - if you stick to it 100% you'll lose the weight without much bother. All the best with it and don't be afraid to ask anything on here.

By the way - I couldn't bear the chocolate shake with hot water - it's much nicer with really cold water I always thought.

    Good luck
