    Unhappy poorly and think i may have messed up

    i have been realy ill today and i couldnt swallow my tablets so i took my sons liquid one cuprofen. i feel a little better know but im scared i have put my self out of ketosis.

    so know i feel ill and annoyed well gutted to be honest.

    hope you are feeling better today and although being in ketosis is important, your health always has to come 1st, this diet is hard enough without being ill as well so get better 1st then carry on with tfr

    Yes thankyou all I'm feeling so much better today. Have been hungry all day so think I have come out of ketosis but sticking to it not cheated for 8 weeks not starting know.
