    Total Weight Loss: 4st6lb
    Weight to Lose: -0st2lb

    does the weight loss start to plateau ???

    my weight loss to date has been pretty good with an addition 3 pounds off this morning im just very nervous that i will start losing less each week,staying the same or even putting on weight !!
    can i ask those of you who are further on than 6 weeks did you find that your weight loss plateaued or stop at a certain point or weight????? Emma
    On Lipotrim :
    Week 1 -Week 9 33lbs lost (33lbs total/2 stone 3 lb!)

    On Lipotrim/Cambridge 50/50 week
    Week 10 4lbs lost (37lbs total)half way!

    On Cambridge SS:
    Week 11-13 9lbs lost (46lbs total) (3 stone!)


    On Cambridge 810:
    Week 14-18 10lbs lost (56lbs total) (4 stone!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!)

    On Cambridge 1000:
    Week 19-21 5lb lost (61lbs total) ORIGINAL GOAL!!!

    Week 22-24 1lb lost (62lbs total)(Been on holiday)


    On Cambridge 1200:
    Week 25-26 Stayed the same (62lbs total)


    On Cambridge 1500:
    Week 27-30

    Nope.. it will slow down and some people experience the odd stay the same.. but you most definatley will not put on weight if you stick to the plan 100%

    i seem to like Aaron slowed down to a steady 4lb lose a week, which im happy with i am sure that if we where losing high amounts 6lb-8lb a week we would suffer health wise,imoplus whatever you lose is pure fat after the 1st week
