    Caramel Maint bar = ummmmmm

Okay so i am on day one of re-feed after 6 weeks on TFR!!!

Just had a caramel maint bar and oh my god, i loved it! After 6 weeks of nothing but LT it was like soooo nice! Felt like i was being really bad for eating it! I am going to have another for lunch, then a tuna salad tonight!!!! Arghhh I proper cant wait!!!

Going to stick 100% to the re-feed menu for the next few weeks and I hope this way i will make it to my goal (only 5 pounds to go!!) will keep you all posted!!

I cannot believe how fast the last 6 weeks have gone and i am finally happy with my body! LT is sooo worth it! If you stick to it 100% it WILL and DOES work! I have had many ups and downs on LT, but now that TFR is over, i am just looking forward to the new healthy eating me! I am sooo glad i did the diet, after all whats 6 weeks out of your life to be happy and feel comfortable with your body!

Good luck everyone and thanks for all the support you have given me throughout my LT journey!!!!

I cannot stress how important it is to stick to the refeed programme and you will lose those 5 lbs.

I got too 'cocky' with myself on refeed and as a result having to restart again.

Last year I recorded everything I ate on refeed and put it on the refeed forum, so gonna do that this time.

    Good luck

Im pretty certain that the maintainence bar isnt allowed on refeed - well certainly not untill day 4 cuz of the carbs in it? I could be wrong though but im sure the maintainence products arent really to be used untill day 4 anyways ....

Accomplishment comes to those who say "I can make it happen".

Started LT TFR weighing 19st 6.5lbs
    Weeks 1-22 ~ 6st 10.5lbs gone
    Finishing Weight ~ 12st 10lbs
    Restarted TFR weighing 13st 13lbs
    (+1st 3lbs over summer)
    Weeks 1-9 ~ 2st 7lbs gone
    Finishing Weight ~ 11st 6lbs
    Total Loss on TFR = 8st 0.5lbs!!!

Yes you can use the maintenance bars straight away on refeed. My pharmacist gave me free samples last year and this time round also. I can remember the maint bar was the first thing I ate on refeed last time.

I agree the maintenance bars are lovely. Anyone getting ready to refeed anytime soon, order some as they are very filling.

If you go into the Lipotrim refeeding section it gives you the exact menu plan of what you must eat on refeed.

You can get maintenance bars and maintenance shakes from the Lipotrim website or like I have done shop around on the web cos you can get them cheaper.

Hi all, my pharmacy said that I am at target weight and they won't give me any more LT shakes and soup. I thought they should as I should be dropping down to 2 a day for the re-feed, I've not ordered maintenance food yet. Should I go back to them and ask them again for my LT sachets? In the interim I am eating protein and salad and still lots of water, and the odd cup of tea with a bit of milk, which should be fine.

That's very odd cos when I started my refeed my pharmacist asked me how many sachets I wanted for my refeed so I bought 10 chocolate shakes, also I can remember when I did LT last year I bought a weeks supply of lipotrim shakes/soups plus he gave me some free samples of the maintenance range. My pharmacist knows exactly what he's talking about so I am confused with yours. Or has it something to do with how much weight you've lost etc...
