    Hi all,

    Ive got a question for ya..

    Was wondering if the LT packs have the same calorific content as the CD packs. I ask as ill be starting LT on Thurs but will be doing CD from tomorrow till then. If they are similiar then hopefully i should be in Ketosis by Friday.

    Hiya - as far as I remember 3 shakes are under 500 calories - so that's your calorie intake for the day x
    Nothing will taste as good as being slim will feel!

    I have no idea where I am now - let's call it a kind of re-start!
    Started at: 22 stone 12lbs
    Week 1 - 21 stone 9lbs
    Week 2 - 21 stone 1lb = 8lbs off

    i think LT is less calories, but the same priniciple so you should go into ketosis xx Good luck hun

    cambridge packs have more calories, not sure exactly how much more but i dont think its an awfull lot was a while ago since i was on that diet so cant quite remember, on lipotrim though we have 450 x

    Diet: Was Cambridge, now maintaining
    Cambridge has 420kcals for 3 shakes. 140 per pack.

    But ketosis depends on carbs. There are 14g carbs in a Cambridge pack. Don't know how that compares with LT, but I would imagine it's similar.

    Even if it was a little different, times for getting into ketosis will be about the same.

    So long as theres not a massive difference then i should be fine. The sooner i get a visit from the k fairy the better. Feel rotten today.
