BMI Information:
I can't sleep

I've nearly completed my first week on LT (first weigh in on Monday). felt terrible yesterday but loads better today. problem is, I can't sleep at all. I've not slept properly for the past few nights. anyone got any explainations? could it be due to LT or just a coincidence? any tips on helpin me to drift off?

i dunno love but im always nackered in day and cant wait for bed then i have my soup and get to about 10pm then im wide awake, mite be the ketosis who knows

sadly i ended up regaining all plus a little more from my amazing losses last year, so am now back for one last go at getting it back off

Restart- Wed 28/12/2011
week 1-2 -8.5lbs- oh yeah
week 3-4 -4.5lbs- not that bad
week- 5-6

Get passed week 1 without quitting
to lose a stone
drop 1 dress size
lose two stone
drop 2 dress sizes
get back to 11 stone
get into a perfect size 12 jeans
target 10 stone

Can't help with the no sleeping I'm afraid. I'm the exact opposite on LT. I am so tired come 9pm I sleep like a baby all night. Really look forward to my kip and it's always good!
