    Hehe. I sometimes think of it in terms of pound bars of butter and if im in the supermarket ill pick up as many bars as iv lost and man they're heavy to hold. Just goes to show the strain im putting on my body dragging all this around. It sure feels good to put them back on the shelf and walk away!! Hopefully ill walk away from a lot more in the comming weeks.

To weigh less than 11 stone. to sustain a weight of less than 11 stone. To be totally proud of my body at my wedding next July. To eventually be healithy rather than over weight (9stone 11-long long term goal).
