Thanks for your concern.

Started refeeding on Saturday and all going OK so far. Loving eating again, really felt ready to as well. I haven't reached target quite, only 2lbs to go though so will try to have those off in the next few weeks if I can. Not bothered if I don't though.

Thanks for your wishes of luck, I'm hoping I wont need them this time though.

You will get there differentusername. Just stick with it and the time really does fly on LT. Can't believe I started 17 weeks ago where's that time gone? Please stick with it if you can and you will lose all the weight that you want to. Just think, every pound lost is a pound closer to goal and that goal will be here in no time. Thank you miniB!! i really really hope i can stick it but some times i come really close to quitting and i have to go day to day and week to week.

It is when i think about it too much that i want to quit. i think 'oh it's not normal to not eat anything' and excuses like that. but now recently when i think about quitting i am realistic and i know that the hassle of figuring out exactly what i should eat and when, would be just as annoying as being on lipotrim, plus i probably wouldn't do it, and even if i did i wouldn't loose as much as lipotrim.

Even if i could get down a few stone on lipotrim it would be great. because at the minute I'm 'super obese' and that really upsets me! so i hope i can stick at it.

It really inspires me when i see weight loss like yours. It makes me think it is achievable and that it could be real for me too. i love looking at the pictures. You look amazing!!!!

I'd be lost without this site because friends and family who don't understand the diet are always saying I'm fine as I am but i know that it's not fine to be this size.
