yep i,m a lipotrim dietier to been doing it now for 10 weeks and will keep going till i get to my goal how long have you been doing it and how much have you lost and how much more have you to lose i have another 4 and ahalf stone to go but i,ll do it ..
your name!! have you got grandchildren?? or is that just a name ? if so how many
i have 5 children and 2 grandchildren i,m 43 soon to be 44 and live in plymouth devon
this is the best diet i have ever done in my life once you get over the first few days its ok don,t you think ,and there are so many lovely people on here it keeps me very focused on this diet

yes alot slimmer than last year and next year even better and maintaining my main target is next year my eldest son us getting married and i so want to look and feel great i have now joined a gym something i would never dreamed of a few months ago thats for sure got my weigh in tuesday so hopefully lost a few more pounds i can.t belive how much healtier i free having lost 4 and a half stone . thats what my son weigh.s a lifting him he feels so heavy and just to think i was carring his weght around with me is mad and when i lose the same amount again it will be my daughters weight its mad is,nt it i so can,t wait anyway take care

and welcome you have got thought the first week that is the hardest i,ve been on lipotrim now for 12 weeks and coming on these threads are such a great help to me and everyone is in the same boat please keep in touch with all you highs and lows we are hear to help and answer any questions for you keep up the good work
what day to you get weighed and how much have you to lose i have another 4 and a half stone to lose just lost 4 and a half so half way there
